The owner is friendly and easy to reach, and parking can be arranged under special terms. This straightforward B&B has two double bedrooms spread over the first and second floors, with linens and Wi-Fi included. It's right in the old village lanes of Gaeta, close to the main square and lots of restaurants and shops.

We spent two days here over New Year's Eve and had a great time. The rooms, service, and location all worked well for us. Le Spiaggie is close to the sea, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a B&B nearby. I don't regret choosing it at all, everything was excellent.

Francesco made the stay special with his warm, attentive hosting and great knowledge of the area. His suggestions led us to wonderful restaurants and places around the city. The B&B itself was quiet and spotless, right in the center, so we could explore every corner without any hassle. It went beyond what we expected, and we can't wait to come back.

For four nights in early August, my wife and I stayed at B&B Le spiagge and couldn't find even a small thing to complain about. It's an easy walk to both the town center and the beach, and the property is clean and carefully run. Francesco was friendly, helpful, and wonderfully down to earth as a host. I highly recommend staying here in Gaeta, and I'll definitely return. Thanks for everything, Francesco.

Our mini break came together at 1 a.m., and we were lucky to find a room at B&B Le Spiagge. It was lovely and clean, on the historic street, like a little paradise. Thanks so much to Francesco for being so welcoming and helpful. Elinda and Claudio will see you again soon!
