We spoke with the owner by phone on Easter Monday and found a room available. Just two hours after asking, we were at the B&B. Our "water and salt" room felt fresh and lovely, with a comfortable bed and pillows and a bathroom stocked with what we needed. Coffee and tea pods and drinking water were provided, and everything was well organized. The owner was kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location was excellent, and parking was available. Breakfast was at the café on the main street, where we could sit outside. Everything worked out very well, thank you and congratulations.

The place was very clean, with just three rooms, a shared entrance, and private guest parking. Our room was simple but nicely furnished, with air conditioning, a smart TV, a pleasant bathroom, and a small terrace. We were warmly greeted by Adriana, who took care of check-in and even left me a sweet birthday present. Serapo beach is a 300-meter walk, and the neighborhood has all the basics nearby, from shopping streets and supermarkets to cafés, restaurants, and tobacconists. I highly recommend it!

There are restaurants, a supermarket, a pizzeria, and other shops nearby, and the property offers excellent value. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center, in a very quiet area, and the indoor parking is a real help in Gaeta. We checked in ourselves with a code. The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning could heat it. A few things bothered us: the bed was noisy, the pillow uncomfortable, and residents upstairs could be heard. There weren't any spare outlets for charging phones. Breakfast was a cappuccino and croissant at a café 350 meters away.

The owner was very professional, and check-in was easy thanks to the videos sent on arrival day showing how to reach the place and find the room. My room was clean, welcoming, and had all the comforts. The B&B's location is excellent, with points of interest close by and the beach just steps away. Another major plus is a designated parking space for guests, which really matters when ALL of Gaeta has PAID parking!
