We went with my mom and sister, and the garden was a lovely, comfortable place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a drink. The rooms were really nice, and with not many people around, it felt private and family-oriented, which was great for resting. Breakfast was amazing. M. Fabio asked what we wanted when we arrived, and everything tasted delicious. Restaurants and bars are really close, as is Serapo beach. Go if you're looking for a good time and a chance to relax!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. The staff were AMAZING, super nice, and helpful, and breakfast was very luxurious. The beach is a 2 min. walk away. The old city centre and the Turkish grotto are each a 20 min. walk.

Mr. Fabio and his staff were thoughtful, kind, and attentive, and breakfast offered a range of croissants as well as plenty of savory choices. It felt like a family place, and I felt at home. The location worked so well that we didn't use the car for four days. There's parking on site, the beach is very close, and the town center is a 20-minute walk or a short train ride that runs every 10 minutes. I hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

Just 50 meters from Serapo beach, and the room was spotless and fully equipped. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Fabio and Annamaria really make the difference. Highly recommended!

I recommend Villa Fantasia. I've been coming to Gaeta for a few days each year for two years now with my daughter, who's now 9, and it's an ideal place to stay. The owner Fabio and his staff are always kind and helpful, the internal garden is lovely, and the prices are reasonable. There's parking on site, and the basic rooms are comfortable and clean. We can see the sea from the windows, and it's very close. Breakfast includes excellent croissants. With only four rooms, it never feels crowded.
