Francesca and her family have made this place feel luxurious and genuine at the same time. The beauty here comes from someone who really cares and knows how to create it. Everything has been chosen with attention, but it never feels forced. It’s elegant yet relaxed, with a casual Provence kind of charm alongside the luxury. My partner and I felt peaceful here, and we keep thinking about the place. We can’t wait to return. Amazing.

We had such a memorable stay in this lovely house. The garden is lush and peaceful, and there’s plenty of room to relax. From the house, the sea views are stunning, whether you’re having coffee at the start of the day or watching the sunset later. The historic center is only a few steps away, with charming spots to explore and traditional restaurants. The welcome was warm, the place was impeccably clean, and all the amenities were excellent. It felt like home, while still being a refreshing getaway. We’d happily recommend it and can’t wait to return.

The garden was a little paradise, with care in every detail, and the property itself is beautiful, from the rooms to the view over medieval Gaeta and the sea. My partner and I had a wonderful time. The whole staff was fantastic, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended for couples, families, or solo travelers. 10/10.
