The staff were warm and helpful, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. We felt right at home. The room was neat, clean, and nicely furnished, and the beach was conveniently close. One of the best B&Bs we stayed in during our time in Italy.

The location is great for nearby beaches and evening walks. The room was clean and recently renovated, though the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator and other guests in separate rooms. I wasn't comfortable with the black towels because it's difficult to see whether they've been washed. The toiletries came in plastic containers refilled after each stay; disposable sachets or bars of soap seemed like a more hygienic option, and bars could also be eco-friendly.

The manager was friendly, kind, and ready to help. The room was modern, tidy, and clean, with a well-stocked bathroom. There were plenty of breakfast foods and drinks in the fridge, and the location is right in the center. Highly recommended.

The setting makes for a lovely walk, even though restaurants and beaches take a bit of walking to reach. There are two excellent cafés a short stroll from the B&B for breakfast. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. I'd recommend it for a beach holiday in Gaeta.
