We booked for New Year's Eve 2025, from January 31st to 2nd. The welcome was kind and helpful, and we did get the shower water issue sorted out after contacting the owner. But the little apartment was filthy and badly maintained: a dirty sink with a broken tap held together by masking tape, a dirty coffee maker, and dust everywhere, from the light fixtures to the window frames. I regret not taking photos at the time. It's a very small place, so it shouldn't have taken much to clean, and we're allergic to dust. Since it was a holiday, I didn't want to bother the owner about those things. We meant to mention the problems when we left, but we never saw the owner, who had told us to leave the keys in the apartment. In another review, I was accused of leaving a dog smell. I should mention that I paid separately for that service, without even getting a receipt, just a message. We should have raised the issues right away and taken photos to prove them. The only photo we have is of dirty women's panties left in a bag in the kitchen, which suggests the place hadn't been cleaned. Now that I'm being blamed for my dogs leaving a smell, I hope that's at least a reason to clean the apartment instead of accusing guests for giving feedback that might improve the service. These were unusual days, and we could have accepted some adjustments, but enough is enough. Using accusations to defend yourself is cowardly.

The location and the place itself are good, but the amenities really need an update. We found it dirty, dusty, and moldy, and there was a hair in the bed right away. My boyfriend is allergic to mold and dust mites and became ill. The heating had been turned off, so we spent several nights sleeping in the cold. We also expected basics like napkins, oil, and sugar, but even the paper towels were scarce, just four sheets for four days. The two stars are for the lack of cleanliness and amenities.

Rossana is kind and very helpful. A few small improvements would make the place more comfortable.
