What stayed with me was the stillness and the art installations, which make the atmosphere at Castello di Ama special. The estate is in the cute village of Ama, and it's Chianti at its finest, bringing world-class wine together with contemporary art in a breathtaking Tuscan setting. Dinner was exceptional, with seasonal dishes that were beautifully made and genuinely delicious alongside every pour. The wine was precise and elegant, with a strong sense of its terroir. Unmissable.

This is only about the wine tasting. We've visited dozens of wineries for tours and tastings, so we have a reasonable idea of what to expect. The village and setting are great, and the wine is good, but the experience wasn't. For $305 USD, we got three very small pours, no food, little information about the wine, and staff who came across as arrogant. There are plenty of wineries to choose from, and this one didn't cut it.

An elegant experience among the winery's terroirs, rich nature, and striking works of art, all paired beautifully with selected wines and freshly prepared delicacies. Highly recommended. Thank you for a unique Tuscan-style experience!

Borjana guided us around the winery today, and we had a wonderful time. The winery itself is incredible, and having a guide with her 30 years of experience in the wine industry made it a win-win. Strongly recommend visiting and asking for Borjana to show you around!

The 12th century hamlet where Castello di Ama's winery is based is stunning, and the art Lorenza has added is impressive and thought-provoking. If you're near Gaiole in Chianti, make time to visit. I believe the wine speaks for itself, it's truly amazing. The hospitality and welcoming atmosphere are just as memorable. Danielle was incredible, both as a person and for his knowledge of the region, the winery, and what makes Castello di Ama so special. I look forward to visiting again!
