The owner was really kind and helpful, and the whole stay felt cosy. I liked the dark wooden furniture and the books in the apartment. It’s small and rather dark, but that made it feel snug. The bathroom was too small for me, and I didn’t find the bed comfortable, though I’m sure other people might like both. The town centre is tiny, but that wasn’t an issue with a car. The surrounding area is lovely, and we enjoyed driving around.

Wine lovers will have plenty to choose from in this spot in the heart of Chianti. The B&B fits the village perfectly. Lorenzo was thoughtful and kind, and his wife was a lovely, smiling host. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back.

The room was very spacious and clean, and we were welcomed so warmly. They offered us a taste of cured meats along with a nice glass of wine. Lorenzo and his father are both such lovely people. Their historic butcher shop is worth a visit. We’ll be back.

Lorenzo’s friendly welcome is a lovely addition to a great base for unwinding in the Chianti hills and the Crete Senesi.
