It's a gorgeous building, and the rooms feel like a five-star hotel. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which didn't work, as often happens in old buildings with thick walls.

The owner greeted me warmly during my weekend stay, August 8 to August 10, 2025. She was cheerful and very helpful with anything I asked. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh seasonal fruit. P.S. I have to say, we Apulians are Dok.

I was very happy during my time in Galatone, a lovely, orderly town where people welcomed me warmly wherever I went. I felt like one of the community, and their example of how to live stayed with me. Puglia has so much history, a unique sea, and a lively community. Thank you all. At Palazzo Bove, my room was wonderful and spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond to anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served with warmth and care, and the breakfast staff greeted me with smiles every morning. I'm especially grateful to the reservations lady for accommodating my specific needs related to my health and for the kind gift of pastries. I enjoyed them. My deepest thanks for the care during my stay.
