There were dirty blood stains on the sheets, mould in the shower, and the toilet leaked and didn't flush properly. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Check-in required a phone call, which was difficult without an Italian SIM. There were no bulbs in the bedside lamps and only one working bulb in the ceiling light. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room. There were no cooking facilities or kitchen items like cutlery, pans, or pots.

The rooms were comfortable, but the AC was questionable and there weren't many power outlets. Our flight was late, so we arrived late to check in and couldn't reach the key holder. We ended up standing alone in the street with all our luggage for quite a while.

The service was nice, but there were lots of cockroaches near the bed at night and in the bathroom, and we also found a bedbug on the side of the bed. We couldn't get our money back, so we didn't stay for the rest of our reservation.

The location is the only good thing. Our room was bare, the towels were small and dirty, and the window wouldn't close. When we asked for larger towels, we were told there weren't any. They charged €7 per person for the tourist tax, although it's €3.50. The rest needs a serious rethink if they want to keep renting rooms.
