Pasta residence italia

I had trouble sleeping because the hallway noise came straight through the walls. I could hear people talking, doors banging, and footsteps from nearby rooms. The location was another problem: the hotel is far from Milan's center, transport choices are limited, and the surrounding area isn't easy to get around on foot. My room wasn't properly cleaned, there were hardly any sheets and towels, and the bathroom shower was covered in mildew. Cigarette odor filled the room even though I'd asked for a non-smoking one. It was obvious someone had smoked there before, and nothing was done to fix it. When I raised these issues, the staff seemed indifferent and offered neither an apology nor a solution. This was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn't recommend it, and management needs to address these problems.
