AP Apartment

We booked at the last minute and somehow stayed for a whole month. The agency and landlords were friendly, punctual, and ready to help throughout. When the shower head came loose from its hose, they fixed it that same day, which was great service. The apartment was lovely, clean, and well located, and we felt welcome and at ease from the start. We’d happily come back.

The apartment is right in the historic center, and the staff were friendly and always available. The interior could be laid out better, though it still worked perfectly well for us. Parking near the port is available both for a fee and for free, but the spaces are almost always full.

The place was just average. Its only real advantages were being near the sea and a supermarket. I stayed in the apartment on Via Dante. When I arrived, the hair dryer was broken, so I asked the owner, Alessio, to replace it. It never turned up, and I had to buy one myself. The accommodation was adequate, but the customer service and willingness to help fell short. I’m giving it two stars.

The apartment was spotless, properly equipped, and just as described. Alessio and Alessia were kind, professional, and quick to help when a small issue came up during our stay, arriving punctually at the agreed time. We booked at 7:45 pm after a problem with another agency, even though check-in officially ended at 8 pm. They came right away and greeted us warmly. Thanks for being so accommodating at short notice. We’d love to return.
