The one drawback is the stairs: the property is on the third floor and there's no elevator. Apart from that, I had a pleasant stay. Denise was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. It's centrally placed, about a 15-minute walk from the historic center, and easy to reach. A supermarket, tobacconist, and rental car service are all nearby.

Emanuele was professional, helpful, and kind. The room and bathroom were carefully maintained, and the terrace was beautiful, with outdoor showers, a hot tub, chairs, and loungers. The property is very well located near Gallipoli's main street and seafront.

We stayed as a family for three days and found the place welcoming and very well maintained. The hot tub on the terrace is a great idea. The receptionist was knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't give it five stars because it's in a building near central Gallipoli on the third floor, with no elevator.

The terrace hot tub was definitely a highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and very well looked after during my week there. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the center and seafront. The only drawback was that there was no elevator. I highly recommend staying here.

The terrace hot tub was a real bonus, and the B&B made it easy to get to the city center and seafront. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The downsides were the climb to the third floor with no elevator and no amenity kit. It was still a positive stay.
