Biancodonda Greenblu Hotel & SPA

For our first visit to Gallipoli, this hotel went beyond what we expected. It's well placed between the old and new town, within walking distance of great restaurants and sights. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, with housekeeping coming twice a day. We also loved the breakfast spread each morning, along with the gym, pool, and spa. The front desk team was friendly and attentive, especially Nour and Niko. They answered our questions each day and helped book restaurants and beach clubs. Gallipoli has become one of my favorite cities in Italy, and I hope to return and stay here again.

We came with a group of friends, and the hotel was able to give us rooms that were the same or at least similar, which mattered to us. We were welcomed warmly, checked in quickly, and then got to enjoy our stay. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and had large bathrooms. The whole place feels thoughtfully built, from the underground garage, a real plus in the city center, to the spa and rooftop pool. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of local specialties. I especially loved the pasticiotte. But the staff were the hotel's biggest strength. Everyone, from reception and the bar to the cleaners, was friendly and eager to help. A special thank you to Mrs. Adriana and the hotel director for their kindness throughout our stay, and to Giulia, whose morning cappuccino we already miss. We might be back tomorrow, who knows. We loved the spa and found the rooms large, spacious, and very clean. The service from the whole team was exceptional, and they did their best to help with every request. Antonio deserves a special mention for being welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and for giving us lots of good suggestions for exploring town. We'd highly recommend Biancodonda and can't wait to return.

The suite was a highlight, with plenty of room, a lovely view, good equipment, and great air conditioning when we needed it. Breakfast was high quality, and the pool area and gym made the hotel even better. Adriana gave us wonderful guest service and a very warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay; it couldn't have been better. Thanks for the great hospitality.
