Residenza del Timo

The garden at Residenza del Timo has plenty of trees and shady spots, plus hammocks where you can properly unwind. The pool is lovely and cared for, and there’s also a play area with swings for kids. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It’s quiet and surrounded by nature, yet only 1 km from one of Italy’s most beautiful beaches and a 15-minute drive from Baia Verde for Salento nightlife. The owner was warm and welcoming. A great choice for families, people looking to relax, or anyone wanting to enjoy the evenings out. Highly recommended! 🌿🏖️✨

The owners were kind, easy to reach, and always happy to share useful tips. We rented the whole place at Residenza del Timo from September 1st to 6th, and the house was spacious, immaculately clean, and comfortable for our group. Each room felt thoughtfully put together and welcoming. We’d read comments beforehand about music from the nearby campsite. There is music, but we didn’t find it nearly as loud or irritating as some reviews suggested. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, while still being handy for exploring the area. We left with lovely memories of relaxing days and would gladly return.

The campsite beside the residence does get a bit noisy in the evenings. Still, we had a nice short week here with a couple of friends. The apartment and pool were pleasant and well equipped, and we enjoyed the hammocks and barbecues in the pine grove. There’s also a lovely beach within walking distance.

The hosts were so friendly and ready to help, and it was easy to get to nearby sights on foot or by car. We came back from a week at Residenza del Timo delighted with our stay. The grounds are green, well cared for, and feel safe and peaceful. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything needed, including modern kitchen appliances. The pool was clean, with sun loungers nearby, and there was a barbecue area too. We’d happily return and recommend it.
