The private terrace at the Ginepro apartment was a highlight, with quiet evenings and relaxed breakfasts outdoors. Inside, it was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, and we felt at home right away. Mosquito nets on all the windows kept the mosquitoes out. The pool was clean and in excellent condition, a great spot to cool down and relax. Our loungers and parasols were always ready, and each apartment has its own private sunbathing area. Cars are parked on the property, which has an electric gate. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Highly recommend.

We spent two weeks here at the beginning of September, staying in the Ginepro apartment. It felt like home, with enough space, a clean and well-kept interior, and a lovely private terrace for peaceful evenings and easy breakfasts. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the loungers and parasols were always ready in excellent condition. It was a great place to cool off and relax. There are three apartments in the building, each with its own terrace, and you can park safely in the courtyard. By the pool, a small building sells wine and olive oil from the on-site vineyard. The washing machine is in that building too.

Mr. Maurizio was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location is strategic, about an hour by car from Siena, Florence, and Pisa. The place is beautiful and has a lovely visual impact, with plenty of peace and quiet. The apartment is basic, but it has every comfort, and everything worked without a hitch. The cleanliness isn’t excellent... What more can I say!!!! Great value for money. I’d recommend the experience and would do it again.

The small farmhouse has been converted into a holiday home and sits in a secluded spot in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We stayed with family for a week. It’s quiet apart from a few farm sounds, and the garden and pool are cleaned every day. The owner is pleasantly friendly, and it’s easy to explore the surrounding area by car. A stay in the heart of Tuscany is worthwhile.
