The setting has gorgeous rolling hills and wonderful views, and the venue has the bones of a nice place for a wedding. But the facilities are so poorly maintained that I’d only recommend it to my worst enemies. I was there for my friend’s wedding, and the condition of the place made hosting an event very difficult. Our room was full of bugs on the walls and floors, and there were bugs in the hallways too. The showers were tiny, barely big enough for a small child, and covered in mold. I was so disgusted that I scrubbed ours myself before using it. When I turned it on, the broken shower head flew across the room, so we had to wash with the hose. Some rooms don’t have the air conditioning and heating the venue claims they all have. They didn’t provide clean water, and the two toilet paper rolls were small and thin. WiFi was listed too, but hardly ever worked and didn’t reach every room. There was only ONE public toilet for everyone, up a hill beside the pool. It went uncleaned for the entire week and smelt disgusting. The venue was generally unkept, and staff were only on site at random times. When we needed help finding toilet paper or water, we could hardly find anyone. The room was disgustingly dirty, infested with bugs, and poorly maintained, and the staff seemed ambivalent. If you care about your wedding guests, I’d avoid this place.
