The location was good, but we won’t be back. We had dinner there and found the food overpriced compared with other places around, and it tasted worse than theirs too. They charged us 2.5 euro per adult for bread, which felt like a scam. At least the cutlery was free :D

We came for the food and weren’t disappointed. Everything was delicious and nicely presented, and it was our favorite meal in the town center. The local fish starter was especially good and served really well.

We stayed for two days and had two rooms on the top floor, one with a view. The beds were a little narrow, but the other amenities and repairs were at a good level. Just know that the reception desk is at the restaurant bar, which feels a bit strange, and you’ll need to carry your suitcases up the stairs since every room is above ground level.

The restaurant was a real highlight, especially the homemade spaghetti, and hotel guests get 10% off there. The room was clean and the location puts you right in the centre of Garda. Parking is free, though it was a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Mornings were rough: noise started around 6 a.m. and woke us every day. I couldn't tell whether it came from housekeeping or the kitchen getting breakfast ready.

The view was lovely, and the portions were generous, maybe a bit big. But the pasta itself was pretty bland, and the service felt rushed while we were ordering.
