The apartments are spacious and clean, with air conditioning, and some have atriums while others have balconies. The location is quiet and lovely, with nice views of the nearby hills. Parking at the residence is included, and there’s a well stocked market nearby. There’s a very large heated pool that you can use until late in the evening, with free deck chairs that are always available. The staff are extremely nice and ready to help any time. They also offer morning bread delivery, barbecue spaces, and bikes to rent at no extra charge. The free shuttle to Garda leaves from just across the street. Gradaland and the other main Lake Garda attractions are within a 30 minute drive. Highly recommended.

The whole family thought this was a great place for kids, with a lovely pool and plenty of deckchairs. The apartments were lovely, modern and clean, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of Garda town, along a very flat road that’s easy to walk or cycle. Residents can use the bikes for free, which was so useful. We rented them most days and rode some gorgeous trails from Garda to Bardolino and Lazise. We’d definitely return!

We only spent 4 days here in August 2022, and already can’t wait to come back for longer. It’s a great spot to relax in beautiful nature. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained, the pool was excellent, and the owner was really nice and supportive. Petr, Diana, Jakub, Jonas

The pool was nice, and the price was very cheap. But we asked for four beds and got only two, with two couches instead.

We found ants in one of the rooms, but reception responded quickly and moved us to another room. Apart from that, it was a very nice place to stay and everything was very good.
