Bella and Mauro were friendly and helpful, and we spent 12 days here very happily. The one-room apartment's photos are accurate. It's clean, modern, and nautically themed, with everything from salt and pepper to scissors. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, pots in all sizes, a salad spinner, microwave, sandwich toaster, and kettle. Cooking in the small space takes a little getting used to, but you adapt quickly. I like the “tiny” concept. There's laundry detergent for the washing machine in the room, plus olive oil and balsamic vinegar. German TV and Wi-Fi are provided, and the signal is good in the room. The main drawback is the lack of mosquito nets. With the air conditioning, though, we slept comfortably with the windows closed. You have to buy your own toilet paper once it runs out. Guests can use the garden and grill, and I'd definitely bring mosquito repellent in summer ;) There are beautiful beaches a 10-minute drive away, plus a few small, average ones nearby. The apartment is up a hill, with the town center a 10-minute walk away. The uphill walk can be a bit strenuous, especially in summer, but it's manageable :) Baby and toddler gear, including a high chair, baby bath, and crib, is available free. The property also has restaurant partnerships with discounts of up to 15%.

The landlady is very nice and happy to help with questions or problems, and we can absolutely recommend the place. It has two public beaches within a 20-minute walk. For self-catering, the accommodation has just about everything: a stovetop, pots and pans, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, vegetable peeler, and mocha pot coffee maker. There's also a private washing machine in the room, a clothes rack in the garden, an umbrella, and a shared vegetable garden with lettuce, tomatoes, and more. The bathroom is super modern, with a hairdryer and baby bath. German TV channels and free Wi-Fi are available too.

Bella runs this spectacular place and is attentive to every detail, always ready to help. We've stayed all over Europe and in quite a few places in Italy, and this comfortable house, where we didn't lack a thing, is one of our favorites. It's in a magnificent location and dog-friendly too ☺️. A perfect 10. If we're back in the area, this will be our first choice.
