Breakfast was a real highlight, with loads of tasty homemade food prepared fresh. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the staff are attentive. The family-run hotel has a lovely, well-kept garden and a heated saltwater pool. Our room was tidy and laid out well, though the desk takes space away from the foot of the bed and could be moved. It’s also well placed between Merano and Bolzano. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were unbelievably friendly, and breakfast was incredible. They even made the best espresso. Our room was really well maintained and a great size for the price.

We had a really bad experience. The room was small and there were no restaurants or even breakfast available. There was no heating in the rooms between 22:00-07:00, and no hot water either. The staff said, “That’s how it works here.” They didn’t speak English, and the place was expensive.

The restaurant downstairs was great, and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
