Sardara itself is wonderfully quiet, and it worked well as a base for getting around the south of the island. I spent eight nights here with my dad, and we had a lovely stay. The house was clean and pleasant, with a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom where everything worked properly. Breakfast was simple, but really tasty. Mariano was attentive and so helpful throughout. Thanks, Mariano. Hope to see you again soon ❤️

The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, and there’s a kitchen guests can use to cook or put together breakfast. We also made use of the little pool and loungers. The place was very clean and peaceful, and the owners were happy to help whenever we needed something. Sardara is a quiet village, well placed for reaching several sights nearby. We found street parking right outside the B&B every time. We’d gladly stay again. Thanks for everything.

Set in the center of a lovely, welcoming village, Il Nido dell’Aquila has an enclosed garden and distinctive decor. The owner is warm and clearly takes pride in hosting people in his home. Guests can use the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden furniture. The bedrooms are nicely arranged, with a double bed, a single bed, and a desk.

Breakfast was a letdown: nobody came by to explain anything, and there was no milk, just what’s shown in the photo. Even a basic cake would have been nice. The bathroom was another problem, since the bidet was blocked and we hadn’t been told. Check-in was meant to be at 3 PM, but by 4 PM the room still hadn’t been cleaned. We left our things on the floor and went to the pool, which was tiny, dirty, and awful, with a water heater right beside it. The room itself was only passable. €80 wasted. A terrible stay.
