My husband and I stopped by just before noon hoping to have coffee. The restaurant looked lovely and was marked as open, but the waiter said it was only for hotel guests. We understand if that's the policy, though it wasn't stated anywhere online, so the situation was confusing. A warmer explanation or even a small friendly gesture would have made a difference. It's a beautiful place, but the welcome we received wasn't what we'd hoped for.

The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and the views are stunning. It's an excellent hotel. This year they added a spa and also started offering osteopathic treatments.

I love staying at this hotel in summer for sailing class. It's right beside the beautiful lake and pretty close to the sailing club, CVG.

I had one of the worst experiences possible. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and very stupid. My passport says GB and N Ireland, but she entered Ireland and said it was okay. While we were talking, she turned away to attend to other guests. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place. There are lots of nicer options nearby.

The view was beautiful, but the room was awful. It was so small, and the locked connecting door didn't stop us hearing everything next door.
