The people made our two-night stay special. Everyone was warm and helpful, and Marco at reception was especially attentive. In the breakfast room, Hugo greeted each guest with optimism and a smile. They checked in with us and handled everything so easily that we felt genuinely welcome. The hotel also has a charming atmosphere, set between lake and mountains, with a beautiful view. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed five nights in late June, and the location made it easy to get around the lake. Our modest-sized room was lovely and stayed cool even in the super hot weather. The buffet breakfast was superb and kept us going until evening. Staff were helpful and attentive, and the pool was a welcome way to cool down. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance too. Can't wait to return!

The staff really looked after our comfort, and Hugo was a wonderful server. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including eggs cooked to order and a full-service espresso bar. It’s also a handy base for exploring Lake Garda’s west side: the ferry is convenient, there’s a free beach three minutes away on foot, and the town center is about seven minutes away. If you’re driving, it works well as a midway stop for heading north or south.

I’d love to return. The room looked over red rooftops toward the lake, with beautiful mountain views too, and the whole hotel was cared for so thoughtfully. Gargnano was peaceful, and having a car made it easy for us to explore the nearby villages around the lake. The family who runs the hotel put real heart into their work. I especially remember the charming man serving breakfast and the friendly women on staff. Breakfast was delicious, with lovely lake views, and the unhurried, idyllic atmosphere stayed with me.

We hope to come back. The family running the place clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome, and the service was attentive to little details. Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view, and the walk to the harbor is short. Our modern, clean room made it easy to relax. There’s reserved parking and a good pool area too.
