The staff really made the stay for me. Everyone was friendly and smiling, and the breakfast team were attentive and served with a smile. The buffet was very nice. The night porter was especially friendly, a real character. It's clearly a family-oriented place, and I can imagine it fills with lots of children in high season. I was there in late May, though, and it wasn't crowded at all. My room, number 401, was a spacious double with air conditioning and a lovely balcony over the sea, with a stunning beach view and amazing sunrises. The bathroom was very narrow. Both room and bathroom were spotless, and housekeeping cleaned efficiently every day. The hotel could use a little updating, but it's extremely clean. It's literally on the beach in this small town, and there are a couple of pools in the sunshine, set back from the beach, with a lifeguard always on duty. Covered parking was provided. Recommended if you're in the area.

The location was great, and both the service and food were very good. The rooms were small, with a really narrow bathroom. The animazione staff were engaging with the kids. Our child was too young to join in, but they still came over to say hi and give him special attention. Pretty good stay.

The internet was the one disappointing part. Room 509 was huge and luxurious, the view was amazing, and the beach was just as great. The staff were really nice and always ready to help. The pool is cool, too, with a bin of noodles, balls, and other things you can use in the pool. Watch out for jellyfish in the sea. They're small and there aren't many, just a few. I got stung by one, and it didn't hurt much.

We spent two weeks here, three adults and a 10-year-old, and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great location, and the sea view was stunning. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The staff were all exceptionally kind and professional, and the entertainers deserve credit for keeping both grown-ups and children busy. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the place.
