Hotel Rosa

My hairdresser suggested this place, and I’m glad we listened. We had four very relaxing days. The staff were all so kind, and while the rooms are basic, they were spotless. Ours had a balcony, chair, little drying rack, and air conditioning. Meals were excellent, with a changing daily selection, a good buffet, and table service. Parking in the courtyard was free, and beach towels and a beach bag were included too. I highly recommend it. We felt comfortable and well cared for.

We’re planning to come back. The price was competitive, and compared with other hotels, we got more for less. We’d had some unpleasant stays elsewhere in Gatteo and never wanted to return to the same hotel twice, but this 15-day visit changed that. The food was a real highlight: quality ingredients prepared skillfully, a varied buffet, delicious first courses, and second courses with both fish and meat, always interestingly cooked, plus other dishes. There was dessert at lunch and dinner, and breakfast had plenty of sweet and savory options, yogurt, and more. The themed evenings were popular. Staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was spacious and quiet. We were very satisfied. It’s worth trying.

The little details here are lovely, especially how carefully the tables are arranged. Beatrice, the owner, welcomed me warmly right away, and she and the staff were kind and attentive throughout. The food was excellent, with a special mention for the chef, who uses fine ingredients and takes care in preparing them. My room was always tidy and spotlessly clean. I found this hotel by chance last year and clearly made the right choice. I’ve had some wonderful holidays here, divided into several stays. I always choose Hotel Roma and recommend it. Hotel Roma has become our second home, our heart. We first stayed in 2024 and came back for the second time this year. We always book full board and head home a few pounds heavier because the menu is so tempting, especially the desserts. Chef Raffy’s cooking never disappointed us, and we were sure we’d eat well every day. The whole team is kind, professional, and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and making sure our stay goes smoothly. Beatrice and Miranda take care of every detail, and Eleonora is fantastic and attentive. Aida from entertainment was so kind and committed, and our little Aurora loved the glitter tattoos. It was lovely to have Andres back in the dining room, so responsible and attentive, along with sweet Marta, who’s always ready with a smile. We also enjoyed meeting the kind young waiters. We made friends with wonderful guests, including Michele, Maria, Giusy, and Antonio, who’ve stayed in my heart.
