Hotel Imperiale

We chose the B&B option and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, attractive, and well kept, and the cleanliness was excellent in both the room and common areas. The staff were great, always on hand and happy to help with any request. Breakfast had a plentiful, high-quality choice of sweet and savory food. A few more special cold cuts, like speck and prosciutto, would have been nice. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was fantastic. The food was excellent, with meat, fish, and vegetarian choices. We chose fish, cooked expertly and served in generous portions. The value was excellent. After such a good meal, we expected to pay more. There is parking behind the hotel, but spaces are limited, and I don't think it's very expensive. There's also an underground car park a five-minute walk away. The hotel has around 20 reserved spaces, and I could use one for free on my last day after checking out. Our only disappointment was the view over the courtyard. We knew that was where our room faced, but a screen to hide the rusty air conditioners and some potted flowers or climbing plants on the terrace below the window could improve it. Even so, the stay was excellent, and I'd recommend the hotel for a pleasant visit.

We spent 10 days here as a family, and they flew by. The staff were kind and friendly, the rooms spotless, and the food impeccable. Chef Pino's skill and attention to detail showed in every dish. Nothing felt predictable across the 10 days. I've attached some photos. The waiters were excellent and anticipated our needs, even when things got complicated with two young children. We never had to wait around. Mr. Andrea also presented a wide range of bitters, liqueurs, and spirits, including unusual hard-to-find ones, with real passion and care. Highly recommended. We'd come again!

Run by the same family for generations, the hotel was recently renovated in the Art Nouveau style, with lovely taste and refinement. The location is excellent: cross the road and your feet are in the sand. The rooms were very clean, and the food was excellent at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The women in the dining room were all wonderful! Matteo and his dad were kind and friendly too, always ready with a warm smile and a chat. Until next time 🙂

We were three in a clean room that was just right for us, with cleaning every day. The hotel is well located, close to the Aquarium and only a few metres from the sea. Breakfast was the real highlight, excellent. The one downside was the paid parking, 200 metres away, which hadn't been mentioned in the booking.
