We left right away because the room was full of mosquitoes, with no warning in the listing. I have allergies, so staying overnight could have put my health at risk. We’d booked through Booking at a clear price, but on arrival the host asked us for an extra charge that seemed to come from nowhere. The attitude was unpleasant and aggressive, with no effort to find a solution. Between that and the poor sanitary conditions, the place felt anything but welcoming. Absolutely avoid it!

The flyers about local places to visit were useful and helped us plan our days. We also had fast, reliable Wi-Fi, which mattered since I needed to stay connected. The staff were very friendly and always available. At Villa Giardini, our double room was exceptionally clean, with clear care and attention to detail that made the stay very comfortable. It’s a welcoming, well-run place, and I’d happily recommend it. I’ll definitely come back next time.

I had a lovely stay at Susanna's. It’s a peaceful, clean place surrounded by greenery, and close to the lakes.

The gardens are beautiful, full of flowers and plants. Inside, the rooms are nicely furnished and have a lovely fresh, clean smell. The place is quiet and comfortable, near both Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

I spent a week in this cozy, charming apartment and had some lovely moments relaxing outside among the greenery. It felt like a sweet little nest, with everything I could need. The shared bathroom was always available and spotlessly clean. A must-see!
