Our stay was easy thanks to the great service and convenient location, and the hotel was clean too. Gabriel deserves a special thank you for being professional and attentive. He helped us find a veterinarian and arranged transport for our events, even before we arrived. His help made everything much less stressful and more enjoyable. Highly recommend it.

We love staying here whenever we come to shop at Serravalle outlet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always super friendly and ready to help. It's great if you're traveling by car, with a huge parking area in front and private parking behind the hotel. Serravalle outlet is a 10-minute drive away, and there are nearby restaurants serving local food and Gavi wine. One tip: tell the hotelier if you'll arrive for check-in after 19:30.

We only stopped for one night while passing through Italy, but I wish we'd had more time. The room was beautiful, clean, modern, and really comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and gave us helpful directions around town. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We meant to have breakfast but ran out of time. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Stayed in July, 2017

The public parking is right out front, and the hotel is cozy, with clean rooms that aren't cramped. It's in the center of Gavi. Breakfast was good, with homemade items, and you can ask for fried eggs or an omelet. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome.
