The warm-centered raspberry chocolate cake was a real highlight, and we would have loved lasagna or penne with ragù instead of gnocchi in the set menu. That's just our personal preference. On Valentine's evening, we enjoyed this green setting and Veronica's friendly, calm welcome, which put us at ease right away. Davide, a trained sommelier, was kind and helpful, and offered us several wine tastings, including Prosecco and rosé with "donzelle" as an aperitif in the characteristic cave. We also appreciated Chiara Beni, who loves art and explained the food-related artworks. The kindness, helpfulness and excellent value make this a wonderful business with room to grow. Perhaps we'll return for an intimate candlelit dinner alone in the cave with good wine. Recommended.

The homemade Tuscan dishes were excellent, and we had a wonderful time at New Year's Eve dinner with friends. Veronica, who owns the place with her brother Diego, was incredibly sweet and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. A few days later, Davide led us through a wine tasting that felt like another journey into the flavors of Maremma wines and foods. The people behind this growing business are so passionate about the project. Congratulations to everyone!
