The room had decent amenities and the bed was okay, and the staff were pleasant when we did see them, though there didn't seem to be many around. The place feels like a sad, run-down old house. The pillows were hard, and the walls are so thin you can hear a neighbour using the bathroom and talking. The air-conditioning blows right across the bed, which makes you wonder who designed it. Breakfast was cheap, but not very good. I couldn't find a better option nearby, so it served its purpose.

Our corner room had extra space, and the staff were really friendly. The building has a lovely historic feel from the outside, while inside everything is modern and new. The air-conditioning worked especially well. It's a bit far from Venice city, but absolutely stunning.

I was there on a business trip, so keep in mind the hotel is far from the center of Vicenza. Still, for the price, the quality is simply beautiful. The architecture is lovely, the rooms are clean, and you wake to birds and the sounds of nature. The staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

The villa grounds are worth a walk. It's a historic place that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time, and the banqueting hall and restaurant are impressive too. My room was very spacious and had beautiful views. The bed was unusually comfortable for European travel, and there was air-conditioning and a full breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I'll definitely return the next time I'm near Vicenza.

Stay away. Update 1 I based this review on a booking. I didn't rate the rooms or location, only the misinformation I was given over the phone about a cancellation. I'm sure reviews like this show how unprofessional Best Western can be. Next time, give the correct information straight away.
