Residenza T'Allicon

Romano takes great care of his guests and makes sure everyone has what they need. We especially appreciated the lifeguard, Samuel, with our three young children. The property is attractive, clean, and well equipped, with lots of privacy at each house or apartment, so it's a lovely quiet place to unwind. Using the pizza oven is great fun. A coffee machine would be the one thing I'd add.

The garden is magical, almost like Versailles, and the huge pool has a lifeguard. The whole estate is comfortable and feels very high end, a great setting for relaxing with children. Romano Mauro runs it with real warmth and dedication. He's charming, helpful, accommodating, and speaks English very well. We came from Poland with the children of the Sopot musical theater baabus musicalis for a break after theater season, and Residenza T’allicon turned out to be a fairy tale of a place. We'd gladly return next year. Recommended for anyone who appreciates quiet, comfort, and convenience.

The pool is the highlight, spacious and complete with a hydrotherapy area. From this hilltop setting you can look across the valley, especially at sunset, while the surrounding woods keep things cool. There is generous greenery and space between the rustic stone cottages, which gives each home a good measure of privacy. They come in different sizes, and all are comfortable and well equipped. The property feels like a small holiday village, managed with professionalism and courtesy. With nearby castles and villages known for local food, it's an ideal base for exploring the history and cuisine of the Piacenza area.

The girls, seven and four, were completely taken with the pool and now want one at home. We promised we'd come back soon, which saved us from a lot of pleading. My wife and I stayed here with them in a charming village that's been beautifully renovated. The welcome, thoughtful details, and lovely design all went beyond what we'd hoped for. A peaceful, wonderful place. Highly recommended.
