Lauria Luxury Room

The staff made the stay especially nice, with friendly service throughout. My room was stylish and very clean, and breakfast was great too. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very new, and my room was very clean.

The whole team was lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean, and I’d definitely recommend the place.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the woman serving breakfast was always kind. Still, breakfast became a real problem for us. It was the same each morning, there wasn’t much choice, and the sausage sat right on top of the cheese, which made things difficult for anyone who can’t eat meat. The water bottles were left open for days and started tasting odd. We were also served fruit that seemed several days old. We got watermelon for a whole week, and it wasn’t refrigerated. We were there as a family, and the food and service left us disappointed. When we weren’t sure what to do with our rubbish, the hotel owner didn’t offer much help. After a certain hour there was nobody at the hotel to ask if we needed anything. Outside, there was a terrible smell whenever we went out, and the traffic meant getting out of the parking lot in the evening could take an hour of driving around. I was really disappointed to hear that so many people had bad experiences at the hotel. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and improve things.
