Andrea was so kind, helpful, and wonderful to deal with. The cake at breakfast was delicious, and we slept perfectly on the mattress. The house is beautiful and new, furnished with care and missing nothing. It's in a great spot for visiting the caves and temple. We hope we can come back!

We felt right at home in this recently renovated apartment. It was spotless and had every comfort, and Andrea, the owner, was so kind and helpful when he welcomed us. Breakfast was fantastic: his mother's ciambellone, homemade jams, fresh fruit, cookies, cereal, and more. I was there for two nights while doing an update at the Frasassi Caves, and if I come back to these wonderful places, I know where I'll stay.

Andrea really knows how to look after his guests. He's extremely kind and helpful. The apartment is lovely, very clean, and has everything you need, with Wi-Fi and a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. It's near the Frasassi Caves, and breakfast is generous, especially the delicious cake his mother makes.

We were sorry we couldn't stay longer, and we'll definitely return. The apartment is quiet, spotless, carefully furnished, and has new, high-quality appliances. The beds are really comfortable. Andrea is friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and breakfast is varied and plentiful. His mother's cake was fresh and delicious. The location is great too, just a two-minute drive from Genga, the Frasassi Caves, and the trailhead for the Valadier Temple walk. If I could, I'd give it six stars.
