Kate looked after us so well and made the stay special. It's a great base for visiting Camogli and Santa Margherita.

10/10
A comfortable place with everything you need for a night. Breakfast was excellent, and so was the light lunch. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk to the sea, with buses to Nervi or the centre.

8/10
Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but it was enough to start the day. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. I especially liked the bathroom, and everything worked and felt well maintained. I'd give the room 5/5. Service was helpful, polite and efficient throughout, at the level you'd expect of a four-star hotel, also 5/5. Breakfast gets 4/5.

A pleasant, comfortable stay. The property was clean and well looked after, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was standard but enough. The location works well if you're traveling by car.

The breakfast team were so polite and kind, greetings to Barbara and everyone else there. There was a good range of options, including some Genoese flavours. At reception, all the staff were welcoming and cheerful, and especially helpful. Alessandro deserves a special mention. A nice hotel with really professional customer service!
