Acquario, Comfort And Charme

We felt scared, insecure, and frustrated after our belongings went missing from the room. The valuables we noticed were gone included Samsung headphones, a cell phone cable, and jewelry. We contacted Yuri right away and asked for help, but he said the company hadn’t seen them. He also blamed us for entering the wrong room and said that was why our bags had been touched. But he had sent us the instructions and passwords. Here’s what happened. We arrived on the 25th and followed Yuri’s directions to open box B, using password 2017. The key inside was for room A, so we went in and settled there. The next morning we left early for our trip, leaving our belongings in the room and taking the key as instructed. When we came back at 7 pm, the room had been cleaned and all our things were gone. Yuri then said we’d used the wrong room and that our room was B. We had entered room A with the key he’d told us to take, and there was even a guest in room B. About 40 minutes later, a woman who said she was the cleaning lady brought us our bags. Yuri confirmed that the key had been changed. The whole place felt disorganized, incompetent, and irresponsible. We found the area unsafe, with people taking drugs nearby. The door has no key and can only be unlocked remotely, there are steep stairs to climb with bags, and the room is noisy. The worst part was that people touched our belongings and things were missing. If you want to avoid trouble and being robbed, don’t go near this place.
