Alle Mura del Molo Apartment by Wonderful Italy

The location has real potential, right across from the pedestrian entrance to the old port, but the property is in terrible shape. The kitchen is especially worn, with splashes from very old dishes on the walls. We arrived to a dirty house with cobwebs on the ceiling and had to ask for another cleaning. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and the shower faucet was damaged, with a risk of cutting your hand on the handle, so a plumber had to be called. The kitchen sink was also broken and water poured out under the cabinet when we washed dishes. The plumber patched it, but it still leaks. For what the house costs, these problems shouldn't be there. What bothered me most is that the agency already knew about the malfunctions. I'd seen them mentioned in earlier reviews, so I don't understand why they weren't fixed before guests arrived. There's a Booking.com sign as soon as you enter, showing a 9-star rating that is completely fake. The property could have great potential, but it needs a thorough renovation.
