We spent three nights at B&B Genova Holiday. The host was easy to reach and replied very quickly on whatsapp, and I'd recommend the place. The apartment has been renovated in an old building with high ceilings, on the fourth floor, with a lift for anyone carrying heavy bags. The location is excellent and central, away from a suspicious district. There's a shared hallway serving several apartments, with a kitchenette, fridge, and microwave oven. Breakfast is included and quite good, though basic, with different options like croissants, focaccia, yogurt, juice, coffee, bananas, apples, and cookies. Our room had a coffee-maker and kettle, and the host also provided drinking water.

Francesco was a fantastic host, quick to reply and great at giving directions. The rooms were roomy and clean, the bathrooms better than average, and the building was beautiful. The location worked well too. Parking nearby is always full, though, so do some serious planning before you arrive. The hotel itself was amazing.

Francesco and Beatrice were both so friendly and helpful, and communication with them was easy. They made the place feel warm and welcoming. The room was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed, especially nice by Italian standards. The bathroom was in a separate room next to the bedroom, but it was private and only for our apartment, so that was fine. Breakfast was a typical Italian spread: something sweet, fresh fruit, and delicious coffee. Everything was clean and charming, with no downsides for us. Highly recommend.

The rooms are fresh and cute, with high ceilings, and breakfast is served nicely for each room with enough to choose from. It's also really close to everywhere a tourist might want to go.

The owner was friendly and available for questions, and even pointed us to a good parking spot at DanoPark, about 300 m from the B&B. Breakfast arrived in the bedroom in the morning: coffee with milk, a delicious croissant, and focaccia. The room was good quality, clean, had AC, and included its own bathroom.
