The host was incredibly welcoming and could tell a hundred stories that make you fall in love with Genova. The place is amazing, with paintings from the 15th century.

The apartment is right in the center of Genoa, tucked among its characteristic alleys, so it’s easy to get around. Chiara and Nicola are warm, helpful, and kind, and make you feel at home. They give excellent tips for places to eat and things to see. You can chat with them for hours without getting bored, you really should try it. The breakfast is something special, with everything and then some. We had a truly wonderful time. Recommended!

The breakfast spread was even better than what I remember from the grand hotel. Chiara even came down with onion focaccia because we were curious to taste it. The room was comfortable, and the place has that feeling of being at a longtime friend's home. You can easily get caught chatting in the kitchen and forget about your plans or vacation. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

Chiara, Nicola, their son Bart, and a very cuddly little cat made us feel at home as soon as we came in. The breakfast table was piled high with food. It's a small B&B tucked into the heart of old Genoa. The lanes and neighborhood outside might look a little daunting, but don't let that put you off.
