It's an excellent spot, just a few minutes on foot from Gaslini Hospital. But at check-in there were problems with basic amenities. I tried contacting Wonderful Italy several times and got no reply, and it wasn't sorted out until the next day. The cleanliness could've been much better too. Poor service for what we paid.
