Best Western Premier CHC Airport

The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the whole place felt well cared for. The staff were warm and friendly, and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. I'd be glad to stay again.

My room was super clean and cozy, and the staff were great. I arrived late and was exhausted, so having room service meant I didn't have to go out to eat. There's a clothing store opposite the hotel ❤️. It would have been nice to stay another day and see Genoa. The hotel is close to the train station, though it's a bit of a walk from the station. If your flight is early, I'd take a taxi; with a daytime flight and enough time, the walk to the airport isn't bad, maybe 15-20 minutes.

There was no water in my room, and when I contacted the staff, the problem wasn't fixed and I wasn't given a proper explanation. That's unacceptable for a guest. For the price, the service should have been much better. I'm very disappointed, don't recommend this hotel, and won't stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily return on my next trip to Genoa. The lobby and room were beautifully designed, and my room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a walk-in shower. It was exceptionally clean, with plenty of outlets and bottled water supplied each day. One small suggestion: disposable slippers would help. The synthetic floor squeaks when you walk on it, whether barefoot or wearing shoes, and slippers might make things more comfortable and quieter for the neighbors downstairs.
