Casa Giustiniani by Wonderful Italy

The apartment was clean and looked just like the photos, right in the middle of the old town. But in this heat, a shaky table fan wasn't enough, so I had to leave the window open and still couldn't cool down. At night the noise was awful: people at the bar in the building and nearby, plus electric vehicles rattling along the narrow streets, kept me from sleeping through the night. The bathroom also had no sanitary bags for women. The day before check-out, I was told to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish. That felt unpleasant and surprising given the cleaning fee. They didn't explain where the rubbish should go, just warned of a €20 or €50 penalty if any was left in the apartment. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place is lovely and very well situated, but the care and service need a lot of work. Cleanliness and attention to detail were disappointing, and the welcome, lack of help, and check-out were so poor I couldn't give them even two stars. I hope they look after future guests better.
