Hotel Bellevue

The reception team were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the location is excellent.

Looking down from my room, I could see the railway station. The hotel is uphill beside it, which may be its best feature. The breakfast buffet was poor, and the place otherwise felt like an overpriced old hotel. My room was dated and poorly maintained. The advertised AC didn't work, so I had to sleep with the window open to get some cooler air.

I ended up here at 23h30 on a random night after the door to my room broke, so I urgently needed somewhere to sleep. I was exhausted and stressed, and the man at reception was incredibly rude. When I'm paying to stay somewhere, I expect people to be kind, especially in that situation. The room was very old and unclean. I was glad I wasn't a tourist who had to stay here for more than one night.

My room was nice, with a large bathroom, and there's a good view over the train station. The problem was the receptionist who took my passport and said she'd bring it up to my room. Ten minutes later, I went back downstairs and found a different receptionist. He said her shift had ended and she'd gone home without telling him about my passport. He helped me locate it after it had been misplaced.
