We'd definitely come back. The owner is really kind and helpful, and the renovated rooms are in the heart of Genoa, in the Albaro area. They're comfortable, with modern bathrooms. There's a small shared kitchen for all the rooms, with a coffee machine and pods for guests.

Everything is automated, but simple to use, and the owner helps with check-in. These newly renovated apartments are well organized and high-tech, on a busy main road in a lively neighborhood. Parking can be difficult.

Mr. Pasquale was kind, polite, and helpful from the start. My family and I stayed one night while my daughter had a medical appointment at the nearby hospital, and we'll book with Mr. Pasquale again next time. The room was soundproofed, spotless, and had air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, and microwave. There were plenty of neatly folded towels in the bathroom. Recommended!

My kids loved the fluffy pillows, and the mattress was great too. The room was clean and comfortable, with easy access to public transport and Brignole train station. I'd stay here again if I'm back in Genoa.
