We used il Borgo de Genoa as our base for 10 days while travelling along the Italian Riviera, and it worked really well. The train station is less than a block away, which made getting around super easy. The place is bright and clean, with lovely modern amenities, and the hosts were warm and knew the area well. Breakfast was delicious every morning. You won't be disappointed!

The owners were kind and easy to ask for help, and gave us good local tips. We found the location really handy, with shops and restaurants along the way, about a 10-minute walk to the city center and right by the train station. Our room was comfortable and clean each time we got back, and breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

I liked the mix of modern and classic decor, and the room was clean with everything needed. The host was extremely helpful, and the metro is nearby. The one downside was the lack of sound insulation.

The rooms were very clean and had all the essentials. There are lots of restaurants close by, and both the subway and railway are nearby, so the location is easy to recommend. The owner was also really helpful and happy to answer questions.
