The sea view from the apartment is one of a kind, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is priceless. It’s a welcoming home with so much care in the details. The host leaves essentials like water, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, and detergent, and also shares lots of tips on food and places to see. Thanks again for all the thoughtful touches! There are five flights of stairs, which you really feel, and it’s not easy if you’re not very fit. It’s a shame that the age of some buildings keeps places like this from being accessible to people with disabilities. The street below is a busy main road, so it isn’t quiet. The apartment has air conditioning if the noise bothers you, or you can close the bedroom window and leave the other windows open since the air circulates well.

The one downside is the fifth-floor walk-up with no elevator, but it’s still worth it. The apartment is well-kept, thoughtfully equipped, and the host pays attention to guests. It’s in a great spot with a sea view, just across the street from the sea. There’s Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave, kettle, and an espresso machine with pods and tea bags.

You can get to the beach in three minutes on foot, and the Andrea Doria restaurant/pizzeria is just as close and worth a visit. The bus stop is a couple of minutes away, while Pegli train station is a seven-minute walk. The apartment suits two and has a sea view. The shower’s good, and there’s a hairdryer, coffee machine, all the kitchen utensils you need, a washing machine, air conditioning, and a TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more. Just be aware it’s on the fifth floor with no elevator, so it isn’t suitable for people with disabilities.
