My mum will always be grateful for how kindly she was treated. When my father became ill on a cruise, they took her in and gave her a place to stay. The concierge helped her again and again, and when I arrived very late to take them home, they found a room for me too. It was basic but very clean. A lovely base for a few nights in beautiful Genoa, and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality.

Sergio is a very sweet owner and was always ready to help. The room was clean, though the furnishings aren't especially modern. There isn't private parking, but we could find a spot on nearby streets. It costs €5 a day on Saturdays and is free on Sundays. The property is right in central Genoa, with the attractions about a 5-10 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

We stayed in room 18, looking out onto the busy XX Settembre, and the first night was a little noisy. After that, whether I was tired or had just got used to it, I slept like a log. The place was clean and welcoming. The central location and parking were great, though I would've liked breakfast. We ended up going to the bar downstairs.

The air conditioning was quiet, and I couldn't hear the neighbors. With double glazing, outside sounds didn't drown out my snoring, even though the hotel is right downtown. The ceiling is 3.80 m/h, and the room had a TV, kettle, two bottles of water in a mini-fryer, desk, and wardrobe. 5G WiFi, and reception gets 5/5 from me.
