I stayed here again recently and had another great experience. Thanks to everyone, the place, room, and people were all super. On my earlier visit, I booked at the last minute while in Genzano for dinner. There was room in the car park, and reception was immediate, friendly, and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. At 75 Euro, it was very good value for the Roma area, especially when other nearby places were asking 130 Euro. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area.

We came to Genzano di Roma so my wife and I could try the famous pane di Genzano where it's made. This is a quiet, clean, centrally located family business, with a restaurant serving meals from breakfast through dinner. They bake their pizza in their own wood-fired oven. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities a traveler could ask for. It was much better than places we've paid far more for in Roma, Venezia, and Firenza. The local bakeries are within walking distance, which made this a great place to stay. They even put up with my attempts to speak Italian!

Sleep was almost impossible because of the dogs barking across the street. The windows had to be open, and the dogs kept at it incessantly. Honestly, this is common in Italy, where people let their dogs bark and nobody seems to care.
