The hotel was clean, nice for a night's sleep, and the staff were friendly, but I didn't enjoy the meal. Dinner felt almost nonexistent, with no appetizers, unlike what you'd usually find at buffet hotels. I chose pizzoccheri for my first course, and it wasn't good. There was no second course, side dish, dessert, or fruit as part of the complete dinner, so when I asked, they brought a plate of bresaola instead. Breakfast was poor too, with MD discount products. Otherwise, nothing good.

The rooms were warm, spotless, and welcoming, and the buffet for 40 people was excellent. Chef "Rapi" earned compliments for everything, from the handmade sciat and pizzoccheri to the savory stuffed focaccias and tartares. They reserved a room for our surprise birthday party and helped us organize it in the days beforehand. Everything was impeccable. Thanks to all the staff, especially Elisa and Chiara!

We left full and happy after a really good meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything we ordered was very, very good, including the pasta with nettle and tomato sauce, blueberry ice cream, and cake. I haven't had a steak that well-done in a long time. That was excellent!
