The lake view was spectacular, and the staff were really friendly and professional. They spoke English easily and a little German too. Our junior suite for three adults was clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied. The outdoor pool was nice and clean, as was the beach area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with good quality and quantity, though it was the same each day. They’re pet friendly and have private parking.

We had a lovely coffee by the lake, and Dimitri gave us one of the best service experiences we’ve had. He was incredibly polite and attentive. We highly recommend the place and will definitely return!

The view was lovely, but it couldn't make up for a disappointing lunch. My Cesare salad came without dressing, and when I asked, I got three mayonnaise sachets and a bowl of something that might have been vinegar. My husband’s fish was mushy and looked like fish fingers. It wasn’t cheap either. They seem to think the view is enough, but it isn’t.

The pool and beach had plenty of room, with food and drinks available, and the setting was great. The hotel itself was just what I wanted: spacious, clean rooms and parking too. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always trying to find what worked best for guests. A special mention for the guy working both on the beach and in the bar. Great food and beautiful views. I don’t say it often, but this place really has everything you’re looking for. Just good!
